The Chevrolet “Route 66” Super Bowl commercial tells the heartwarming story of a young man who receives a surprise gift on graduation day. His parents present him with a beautifully wrapped gift, and his excitement is palpable as he eagerly unwraps it.

To his delight, he discovers a bright yellow sports Chevrolet car. Overwhelmed with joy, he impulsively proposes to his girlfriend, and they embark on a whirlwind romance.

However, the twist comes when the true owner of the sports car, returns and drive off with her vehicle.

The young man is left bewildered and that when he realises his parents real surprise is ‘a mini fridge’.

The “Route 66” commercial was a critical and commercial success, even being aired at Super Bowl, and it was crowd sourced.
